The staff at VCCC consists of 12 members
- The Project Coordinator who coordinates the activities and ensures quality services to the beneficiaries of the CCC. (1)
- The Accountant who does the financial management of the project.(1)
- The Medical Team that consists of one part time Doctor and two Nurses imparting medical and nursing care to the patients. (3)
- The Out Reach Workers that consists of three members who reach out to the PLHA in their homes for follow up (3)
- The Counselor who does the counseling of the patients.(1)
- The Cook who does the cooking for the patients (1)
- The Janitors who are two in number do the housekeeping and maintenance.

Inpatient and outpatient services
Medical services
- Clinical diagnosis and management of the minor OIs.
- Medical monitoring and treatment of minor side effects of ART and referral to ARTC if required
Nutritional support
- Provide balanced diet
- Teach Kitchen Gardening
Counseling
- Treatment literacy to PLHIV initiated ART for drug adherence.
- Psycho social support and counseling on nutrition, behavior change, positive prevention and reproductive health counseling.
- Counseling and support for discourse of HIV status, partner testing and regular follow up for maintain sero-discodant status.
- Counseling of care givers on home based care.

- Accompanied referrals to and from ARTC wherever feasible
- Verification of patient address
- ART defaulter terracing
- Regular follow up of the entire registered client at the CCC
