Due to their poor health, the PLHIVs are unable to go for their work and this leads to financial crises in the family.VISHWAS from it’s very beginning wants that the PLHIV become self reliant. Hence, it provides financial assistance to the PLHIVs so as that they employ themselves in some income generating activities and can be able to fulfill their basic needs and doesn’t depend on anybody. VISHWAS is leaving no stone unturned in making this scheme successful and continuously motivating the PLHIVs to take up self employment.

The main objective of SHG is to provide mutual support and care when the members are in need. Valuable activities of the SHG are monthly meeting, monthly saving and inter loaning of the money saved. Thus, at the crucial times whenever any PLHIV or his/her family needs support, all the members of the SHG group stand together to give monetary or psychological support to the affected PLHIV or the family. At present there are 6 SHG groups of PLHIV . One of the MSG is preparing the protein powder.
